La Ferme du Moulin
A spacious and comfortable gite, which was originally a working dairy farm. With exposed stonework and beams in every room, it simply oozes character. There's a good sized enclosed garden, and a wonderful covered terrace area which runs the full width of the house, ideal for al fresco dining, and from the Summer of 2013 (mid July onwards) you will have the use of the heated outdoor swimming pool (shared with owners' own house) along with the 14ft trampoline!

La Ferme du Moulin offers extremely flexible accommodation with two double rooms, two twin rooms and a single. It's ideal for a family who prefers to have a spacious place to stay or for two families travelling together.
The spacious dining/kitchen offers you a practical cooking and eating area. Well equipped, with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, there's also a wealth of cooking utensils and serving dishes for your needs.

The living room's focal point is the impressive fireplace with its woodburning stove. There's exposed stonework in here and huge beams givng it a real rustic feel. With comfortable sofas and a TV with UK Free Sat channels, it's a great room in which to relax.
The bedrooms are over two floors. On the top floor there is a large airy double with ensuite shower room, and a further twin room.
On the first floor you will find a double room, a twin room, a single room and a family bathroom, which has a full size bath and separate shower. All bedrooms have ample storage.
To the rear of the property is a covered terrace which runs the full width of the house. There are picnic benches and a BBQ on here, making if perfect for al fresco dining. The garden behind the property is large and is completely enclosed. Feel free to help yourself to the fruit from the garden: We have cherries, apples, & blackberries all fresh to pick., and utterly delicious!
There are toddler swings in this garden, but for older children we have a 14ft trampoline, and from the Summer of 2013 (mid July onwards) , you will also have use of the 30ft x 15ft solar heated outdoor swimming pool.
The property is set back from the road and there is plenty of parking on the gravelled forecourt. We leave lots of information in La Ferme so you can make the most of your stay, and as we live next door, we are on hand should you need any information or advice (but we certainly won't intrude on your holiday)
