This booking form can be used if you prefer not to book and pay online, or if you have a aspecial requirement.   If you prefer to book and pay online, then continue to the bookings stage by reserving the dates on the calendar. Please note that booking online is managed by 'Rental Systems' and there is a booking fee which will be detailed before you proceed to checkout.

Terms & Conditions (Please read before you sign & return the Booking Form) or when proceeding with an online booking, it is assumed you agree & accept  these Terms & Conditions

KEYS: Directions to the house & access code for the Key Safe will be sent separately. Please remember to return your key to the Key Safe on departure. A minimum charge of £50 will be made if key is lost (to cover the cost of changing the locks).

DEPOSIT/BOND: Bookings made more than 8 weeks before arrival shall be accompanied by a deposit/bond of £100, by cheque payable to A. Lyall. (or see payment system if booking online)

FINAL PAYMENT: Once the booking is accepted, the actual cost of the rental is payable 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. Bookings made less than 8 weeks before arrival shall be accompanied by the total cost of the holiday, plus £100 deposit.

CANCELLATION: * In the event of cancellation prior to 8 weeks before rental is due to commence, however, the deposit will only be refunded if the property is successfully re-let. For cancellations within 8 weeks of rental commencing, the deposit and full rent will be refunded if property is re-let; otherwise only the £100 deposit will be refunded.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: The accommodation is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure, unless by prior arrangement.

SMOKING: Please note that the inside of the property is strictly a NO SMOKING ZONE

PETS: We will consider pets. Please ask

ELECTRICITY/GAS/HOT WATER/FUEL: These are included in the cost of your rental. Please note, however, that the cost of excessive use of wood and paraffin from May to September will be deducted from your bond.

DAMAGE: You are responsible for the cost of damage or breakages and for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition. The property will be inspected after your departure and your bond of £100 will be returned to you within 5 working days if everything is in order and no excessive cleaning has needed to be undertaken. Cost of any breakages, damage or excessive cleaning will be deducted if necessary however.

LIABILITY: No liability is accepted by the owners for any personal injury to guests or any loss or damage to their property. Please ensure you have your own travel insurance
